Host Network Officer – English Canada Section

Part-time job 21 hours a week - $ 25/hour - Remote working

Are you well-known for your communication skills, persuasiveness and enthusiasm? Are you interested in local agriculture, tourism and the RV sector? Would you like to join a dynamic team in a growing company? Then our Host Network Officer position might be interesting for you.

As the Host Network Officer, you will be responsible for soliciting agritourism businesses such as vineyards, orchards, farms, etc. to join the Terego network and prepare them to receive member RV travellers. You will be the contact person for these partners and will implement practices to promote customer satisfaction, both from the point of view of the hosts and that of the member travellers.

We are looking for a passionate and excellent communicator, available part-time (21h/week). Work is remote. The Host Network Officer may be called upon travel very occasionally, visiting the recruited hosts. The job begins on June 9, 2025, or before.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Ensure the recruitment of new hosts across Canada by targeting and contacting agritourism businesses that fulfil the criteria.
• Provide support to Terego ambassadors recruiting new hosts in the field.
• Evaluate applications made by English-speaking businesses.
• Ensure the quality of sites that are part of the Terego network.
• Provide customer service to hosts as needed.
• Attend trade fairs when required.
• Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives.

Competencies and Skills :

• Perfect command of spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written French.
• Customer oriented, positive attitude, diplomacy and good listening skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Relevant experience in sales, prospecting or promotional activities.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and good attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the recreational vehicle industry is an asset.
